I’m here to learn from everyone I encounter. I’m here to share what I’ve learned. I’m here to wake up to who I am.

I dwell in the small college town of Fayetteville, Arkansas, home of the University of Arkansas where I plan to study marketing and communication after earning a graphic design degree from the local community college.

I studied and taught at the School of Metaphysics for about six years during my early to mid-twenties. I met a wonderful woman in that organization and we were married in 2003, but split in 2005. These two years were the most difficult time of my life. The end of the marriage was, however, a victory on both our parts as it required a depth of honesty, compassion, and surrender that brought us both to a higher level of self-respect and integrity. We had served a valuable purpose in each other’s lives.

This and a couple other emotionally intense learning experiences have taught me the importance of really appreciating the baby-steps. Joining the Gaia community is one of these baby-steps. Thanks, Gaia People!
